Ingredients:
1/2 cup egg white, 1/2 small banana, 1 scoop your choice of Protein powder, 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal, 1/2 cup blueberries, 2tsp baking powder.
Directions:Mash banana, crack the egg, stir all ingredient mixture well. Heat greased frying pan on medium and pour about 10cm wide batter circle. Gently flip the pancake after 25 seconds or when it turns brown. Enjoy with your choice of syrup.
